Otherwise,the appointment will not be considered.
With the same telephone number and passport number, only one appointment can be made
within 5 days.
The applicant can only make an appointment at the office in the residential area. Appointments
from other districts will not be accepted.
Appointments can only be made through our online appointment system. We cannot make
appointments via email or phone.
Due to the high demand, the appointments are booked up very quickly. It is therefore
recommended to visit the website regularly.
The VfT GmbH is the only authorized agency for consular visa matters.

The days on the calendar that are shown as "reserved" mean that they are booked up.
The days with a "+" sign in the calendar indicate free appointments. At the bottom right you can
see how many appointments are still available.
The days in the calendar, where are no sign or text shown, mean that they are not open yet.
Appointments for these days will be activated later

Important Notice
According to the visa type you selected, you must present all the required documents completely and accurately during your application. If any document is missing, your application may not be accepted, and you may have to schedule a new appointment. Therefore, we recommend that you make your appointment according to the date when your documents will be ready. Please make sure to check the validity dates of your passport and residence permit.
You can obtain your biometric photo, hotel reservation, and flight ticket reservation from our offices for a fee.
