When making an appointment, only the information of the applicant should be written. Otherwise,the appointment will not be considered.
With the same telephone number and passport number, only one appointment can be made within 5 days.
The applicant can only make an appointment at the office in the residential area. Appointments from other districts will not be accepted.
Appointments can only be made through our online appointment system. We cannot make appointments via email or phone.
Due to the high demand, the appointments are booked up very quickly. It is therefore recommended to visit the website regularly.
The VfT GmbH is the only authorized agency for consular visa matters.

Important Information about the appointment system

The days on the calendar that are shown as "reserved" mean that they are booked up.
The days with a "+" sign in the calendar indicate free appointments. At the bottom right you can see how many appointments are still available.
The days in the calendar, where are no sign or text shown, mean that they are not open yet. Appointments for these days will be activated later
