  • When making an appointment, only the information of the applicant should be written. Otherwise,the appointment will not be considered.
  • With the same telephone number and passport number, only one appointment can be made within 5 days.
  • The applicant can only make an appointment at the office in the residential area. Appointments from other districts will not be accepted.
  • Appointments can only be made through our online appointment system. We cannot make appointments via email or phone.
  • Due to the high demand, the appointments are booked up very quickly. It is therefore recommended to visit the website regularly.
  • The VfT GmbH is the only authorized agency for consular visa matters.

  • The days on the calendar that are shown as "reserved" mean that they are booked up.
  • The days with a "+" sign in the calendar indicate free appointments. At the bottom right you can see how many appointments are still available.
  • The days in the calendar, where are no sign or text shown, mean that they are not open yet. Appointments for these days will be activated later
